WCC® Certification
For those that are licensed healthcare providers and want to pursue Wound Care Certification we have partnered with National Alliance of Wound Care® (NAWC®) to provide the WCC® exam at our course locations and various testing sites throughout the United States. Click here for course content.

CWCMS™ Certification
For sales and marketing professionals that want to pursue the CWCMS™ (Certified Wound Care Market Specialist) exam, it's offered onsite at any of our course locations throughout the US.

Wound Care Program Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel, a $100 administration fee applies, if you notify us in writing no later than 30 days before the first day of the wound care program. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (info@wcei.net), fax: 877-649-6021, or by U.S. mail (1700 Park Street, Suite 100, Naperville, IL 60563).  No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials.

No refunds if canceled less than 30 days before the first day of the seminar. A registrant may choose to attend our wound care program at another location within the same year in lieu of cancellation. A $200 fee applies to transfer course credit to another attendee or
to change locations for any reason. Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials.

WCEI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a seminar due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event not possible. If WCEI cancels or reschedules the seminar for any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, registrant will be offered a full refund.  Should circumstances arise that result in the cancellation or postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. WCEI is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, hotel reservations, or any expenses incurred by registrant as a result of such cancellation. You will be contacted via e-mail at the e-mail address provided during registration in case of a cancelled seminar.  So please be sure to provide a valid email address.
