When you register for the online recertification course, the price includes your course tuition, course manual, and your DWC recertification fees.  After you complete the online course, you are done! You will automatically be recertified! Your new DWC certificate and a wallet ID card will come in the mail from NAWCO® approximately 2-3 wks after you complete the course.

Please note: you have 90 day access and complete the online course modules.  You are responsible for meeting your NAWCO recertification expiration deadline date.

Qualifications for DWC Recertification
To qualify for recertification by training you must be a DWC in good standing and have an active, current, unrestricted professional healthcare license. Your certification lapse date is located on your DWC certificate wallet ID or on the NAWCO website. Certification expires 5 years from date of issue. Applications for recertification will be accepted no earlier than 6 months prior to your DWC lapse date. If you have any questions on qualifications, contact NAWCO.
