Deadlines and Voting:
All videos must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Friday, June 21, 2013. Videos will be made available to the public for purposes of voting at www.wcei.net. The voting period will begin on Monday June 24, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. CST and end on Friday July 28, 2013 at Midnight CST. Contest results will be announced on-line at 12:00 p.m. CST by Monday, July 8, 2012.
