About the Speaker:
Chrystalbelle Rogers is a Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) with a Master’s in Nursing Administration from Southwest Baptist University, Mercy School of Nursing.  She currently serves as the Post-Acute Care Clinical Director –West for Mölnlycke Health Care. She believes in a “systems” approach while focusing on the direct caregiver’s needs throughout the continuum of care.  Her 20 years in nursing includes both Acute and Post-Acute care.  Her passion is improving patient outcomes in pressure injury prevention, wound care, and infection prevention for patients in the inpatient and community setting.

Kim M. Carroll is a certified wound and ostomy nurse and currently the Clinical Director for Post-Acute, US East. She has worked for Molnlycke for 7 years and lives in South Louisiana. Kim is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as a minor in French Language.  In 2017, Kim received her Master of Science in Nursing Administration (MSN) from the University of Mississippi. Her professional associations include the Association of Advanced Wound Care (AAWC) and the Wound, Ostomy, Continence and Nursing Society (WOCN).
