GENERAL SHOW INFORMATION

EXHIBIT HOURS

Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 11:30am - 2:30pm
Friday, September 13, 2019 from 11:30am - 1:30pm

BOOTH SET UP & DISMANTLE

SET-UP - Exhibitors may begin set-up on Wednesday 9/11 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

All exhibits are required to be in position and ready for attendee visits by 11:00am on Thursday 9/12.
Any assembly during scheduled exhibit hours will not be permitted, so plan accordingly. If you are late, you will be asked to reftain from set-up until exhibit hall closes for the day.

DISMANTLE - Friday, September 13, 2019 at 1:30pm and must be completely removed by 5:00pm


EXHIBITOR LUNCH

Exhibitors will be provided a box lunch in the exhibit hall between 11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

All exhibitors must be show ready by 11:30 a.m. (Must have badge visible at all times. Access to hall will not be granted without badge.)

CHATEAU NIGHTCLUB ROOFTOP PARTY

Thursay, 9/11/19
Exhibitors Only: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (cash bar)
Attendees and Exhibitors 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Event includes appetizers and DJ.
 

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT

Booth location may be selected at time of registration from our virtual floor plan. All sponsorships would be selected at this time and purchased with booth.


BOOTH STAFFING

  • All booths must be properly staffed during the official trade show hours. Only paid exhibitors with a badge will be allowed in showroom.
  • Please bring plenty of samples for at least 1300 attendees.
  • All exhibitors will be required to wear official WOW Exhibitor name badge to enter exhibit hall and attend after hour events.
  • Please secure your booth materials before leaving. 

SHIPPING

All exhibitor shipping should be coordinated through Freeman (www.freemanco.com).

STORAGE

All containers and empty boxes must be stored in booth area or you can make arrangements with Freeman, our official service contractor.

ATTEND A SESSION

All paid exhibitors are invited to sit in on sessions (does not include fee based sessions or hands-on). Badge must be worn at all times. To receive CE certificates, exhibitors and their guests must register and purchase individual conference passes at the VIP rate of $450. Contact coursesupport@relias.com for information.
