Purpose/goal: This presentation aims to improve the healthcare team's understanding of patient-related factors contributing to wound chronicity and infection. Strategies will be discussed to efficiently manage chronic wounds, reduce infection risk, and improve patient outcomes.

Target Audience: Nurses, physical therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals interested in wound care.
