Wild on Wounds (WOW) is being discontinued

Since its inception, WCEI has served over 17,000 clinicians by offering the largest selection of learning options available, to empower clinicians with the skills and knowledge they need to heal wounds. Delivering comprehensive digital learning and education is our top priority.

With our industry-leading wound care education and certifications from the Wound Care Education Institute, Nurse.com, and Relias Academy, we want to continue to provide you evidence-based resources to not only advance your clinical expertise but help you improve the lives of your patients.

We remain committed to providing evidence-based education that allows clinicians to stay up to date on the most effective practices in wound care. Given these priorities and our continued focus on industry-leading certifications and digital learning, we’ve decided that we’re no longer continuing the Wild on Wounds conference, and this year will be the last. By redirecting our efforts, we’ll be better able to fulfill our mission of delivering the very best learning solutions for you.

We appreciate your support of WOW and WCEI and look forward to continuing to work together to improve outcomes in the lives of patients everywhere through hands-on wound care education — built by and for clinicians.

FAQs

Why is this the final WOW conference?

Discontinuing the WOW conference will allow us to redirect our efforts towards our existing wound care education solutions.

How will this affect my continuing education credits?

If you are attending the final WOW conference this year, you can still earn up to 18 CE hours by participating in the full event. To receive these credits, you must evaluate the sessions you attend within 60 days of the conference. You can complete these evaluations online at WOW Evaluations or on your mobile device through the WOW app. Rest assured, the credits earned during this conference will be honored.

How can I continue to earn continuing education credits?

Clinicians can log on to Nurse.com, WCEI.net, or ReliasAcademy.com to take individual wound care courses for credit. For those looking to build advanced clinical knowledge, learn new skills, or advance their expertise, WCEI offers courses that prepare you for certification in Skin and Wound, Diabetic Wound, and Ostomy Management. Additionally, all WOW registrations include a 1-year unlimited CE subscription on Nurse.com!

How can I stay connected and informed?

We’d like to stay in touch! Join our Wound Care Rocks Community on Nurse.com to connect with peers and stay informed about the latest in wound care.
